Ingredients (5)
- 7 pc of lime
- 300 ml of rum
- 60 ml of simple syrup
- 300 g of ice cubes
- 100 ml of water
This pitcher is enough for 4-5 daiquiris, and you can make it ahead of time.
- Peel wide strips off the 2 of limes, and reserve them for later for garnish.
- Juice all the limes into a pitcher that's at least 1 liter.
- Pour the rum, syrup and water into it, mix well, and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours (but can be longer).
- When ready to drink, serve with the ice cubes and garnish with lime zest and/or herbs of your choice.
