Ingredients (5)
- 1 pc of lemon
- 50 ml of limoncello
- 1 tsp of mint leaves
- 300 g of ice cubes
- 300 ml of sparkling water
Tip
You can peel off strips of lemon zest for garnish before slicing/juicing the lemon
- Put the limoncello in a highball glass (or similar)
- Add a bit of lemon juice
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Fill up with sparkling water
- Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices and/or lemon zest
