Kohlrabi salad

Ingredients (3)

  • 180 ml of mayo, vegan optional
  • 300 g of kohlrabi
  • 1 Tbsp of crispy chili in oil
  1. Peel the kohlrabi, and grate it with a large-holed grater.
  2. Put it in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Store in the fridge if not eating immediately.

Tip

Serve with shop-bought gyoza and coriander leaves
