Ingredients (3)
- 180 ml of mayo, vegan optional
- 300 g of kohlrabi
- 1 Tbsp of crispy chili in oil
- Peel the kohlrabi, and grate it with a large-holed grater.
- Put it in a bowl with the other ingredients and mix well.
- Store in the fridge if not eating immediately.
Tip
Serve with shop-bought gyoza and coriander leaves
